The right temperature for each product

The machine is built from modules, each with its own temperature setting. Use one for bread and another for cakes and desserts that need refrigeration.

Bread in Box

For bread, for example +15–18 °C.

Sweets in Box

For desserts that need refrigeration, for example +4 °C.

These are example settings. Choose the temperature according to each product’s storage requirements.

Bread in Box for your bakery

A vending machine lets you sell bread from a separate location. The video presents the concept rather than a specific installed machine.

We'll help you choose compartments and storage conditions for your range. One machine can have separate zones for bread and confectionery.

Choose the right setting for fresh bread

Do not choose a refrigerated machine for fresh bread simply because you are selling food. Choose a module that suits your baking. Cakes that need refrigeration can go in the next module, with a separate temperature setting.
